To qualify you need:

1.      FICO scores of 730 or better (all 3 bureaus | as low as 710 considered)

          2.      Debt to Credit Ratio less than 40% utilization of available revolving accounts

3.      Minimal inquiries within the past two years and no late payments

4.      3-5 Trade lines/revolving accounts open for at least 2 years

There are NO UPFRONT FEES for the borrower-ever!
We are strictly performance based, so if the lines of credit are not received we don’t get paid.
The program operates in all 50 states, but not internationally.

• If a business LOC is sought, it must be a corporation/LLC & have a valid EIN number

·            3-5 trade lines (a.k.a. revolving accounts) for at least 2 years

(This is a no income verification unsecured loan program; however, occasionally income will be listed on the credit report, having been verified through a previous credit inquiry. Please note that any items listed on the credit report will be considered in the loan process.)

Additionally

1.    We do not pull credit because that will add inquiries to the credit history. Our funder reviews credit through a credit monitoring program like CITI IdentityMonitor or Credit Check Total. Each client will need to utilize a credit monitoring program for the duration of the underwriting process.

2.    We seek both credit lines and credit cards and either may come with Convenience Checks. The majority of our preferred banks offer Convenience Checks at the same rate as APR on purchases.

For FLORIDA Corporations Only

Same basics as the 730+ program, but with the following criteria exceptions...
